About Urban Acres Creative
Located in Ham Lake, MN the Urban Acres Creative studio is about 25 minutes from downtown Minneapolis. Jodi Johnson started Urban Acres Creative in 2016 upcycling hockey jerseys into tote bags. Since then she has experimented with many different fabrics and bag making materials and has found she loves working with waxed canvas. It is a durable fabric that wears beautifully over time. The bags are made in very small batches utilizing high quality materials and fabrics that are all hand picked by her. Take a look around as bags are changing regularly and new patterns are being posted often.
